Selah

Siblings Jonathan and Michal fall in love with David when he arrives at the court of their troubled father, Saul. Unexpectedly, he loves both in return. The prophetess Abigail joins the family after predicting David’s kingship. Once he is crowned, David also marries Bathsheba, after extracting her from a loveless marriage.This unconventional retelling also shows David mourning the loss of his beloved Jonathan, and the ways in which each of his wives seek to understand and love this complicated man.
